Sugar + Spice Chicken Salad

I don't settle for boring salads and neither should you. Here's a fresh new take you can try.

Ingredients:

1 C of Off Menu Sugar + Spice Sauce

1 C of mayo

1/2 C of buttermilk

1 lb of boneless chicken breast

3 C of Panko breadcrumbs 

2 eggs

1/4 C of milk

1/3 C of flour

1 Salad mix

1 ranch dressing packet



Prepare the chicken


  1. Preheat Oven/Air Fryer to: 375º F
  2. Cut boneless chicken breasts into strips.
  3. Beat eggs and milk together
  4. Put the flour in a bag with the strips of chicken
  5. Put the bread crumbs in a bowl
  6. Take one strip at a time out of the bag of flour and then first, coat in the egg wash and then the bread crumbs and place on a sheet pan.
  7. Repeat this process until all chicken is done and coated in the breadcrumbs
  8. Place sheet pan into oven and cook for 15 minutes
  9. When the chicken is done cooking, let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Toss chicken in a generous amount of Off Menu Sugar + Spice Sauce


Make the dressing

  1. Mix mayo, buttermilk, and ranch packet together
  2. Add in Off Menu’s Sugar + Spice Sauce and mix well.


Bring it all together

  1. Chop lettuce into a bowl
  2. Toss it in your dressing
  3. Top with chicken
  4. Enjoy!
